Luxury Property Decoration

We were appointed to complete the full internal decoration of a substantial luxury home in Hale, Cheshire. The property extends to around 9,000 square feet and formed part of a major residential renovation that required an exceptionally high standard of finish throughout.

Our work was delivered alongside an experienced construction team, including electricians, plumbers, plasterers, bricklayers and joiners. Close coordination with each trade was essential to maintain quality and consistency across such a large and complex project.

We provided a complete luxury decorating service, covering every area of the property from initial preparation through to final finishes. The work included:

• Design and installation of bespoke wall panelling
• Decorative ceiling treatments and specialist ceiling finishes
• Hanging of premium, high-quality wallpapers
• Application of specialist paints and luxury finishes
• Full decoration from bare plaster through to final coats
• Detailed painting of all woodwork, including doors, skirtings and architraves
• Finishing of the main staircase using a durable, refined paint system

Every stage of the work was carried out with care and precision, meeting the level of detail expected in a high-end home.

The decorating phase ran for approximately eight months. This allowed sufficient time for careful preparation, detailed finishing, and coordination with other trades working throughout the renovation.

Following completion, we continue to visit the property to carry out routine touch ups and maintenance as required. This ongoing support helps keep the finishes in excellent condition and reflects our commitment to long term quality rather than a one-off handover.
