Traditional Farmhouse Renovation

We recently worked on a traditional farmhouse in Tarporley. The owners wanted the home to look smart and elegant, but still keep its original character.

Our job was to decorate every room and design and install decorative wall panelling in many areas of the house.

From the start, the client knew exactly what they wanted:

• A full, high‑quality redecoration of the inside of the house
• Traditional wall panelling to make the rooms feel more interesting
• Clear advice on the best panelling styles and layouts
• Help choosing paint colours that would suit the farmhouse style

We carefully studied each room and worked closely with the homeowners to decide what would work best. However, instead of taking the same plan for every room, we made choices based on what each space needed.

Before decorating, we prepared all the surfaces properly so the final finish would be smooth and consistent throughout the house.

The finished farmhouse looks fresh and updated. Importantly, it still keeps its classic, traditional feel.
